Statement on Intent

For my Final Unit i wanted to based my work off my best and previous work. My themes are mainly gonna be portrait.

Idea 1: I wanted to recreate my previous work with Neon portrait. I like this idea because it’s different and i really like the neon effect. For this idea i will need the studio and colour overlays to create the neon effect.

Idea 2: Close up portraits. This idea is one of the easiest but one of my favourite ideas because i want to black and white close ups. The black and white gives it dramatic effect and i really like this idea. Idea 3: I wanted to explore low-key and possibly do this as a shoot. The only focus would be on the models face and the only lighting would be centred on the models face. When i did low-key before i enjoyed it and liked the results. I will want the shoot to mainly be black and white.

Idea 4: Aesthetic portrait photography i wanted to do this because it’s quite a common theme and style to be used nowadays and i can be made aesthetic in many ways.
